The Daily Dump has always been the most viewed page of the website. It is both full of personal content from Kramer's life as well as his take, opinions, etc. about things from all over the World. Right now it will most likely not be "daily" due to a move, website overhaul, the live show, and other business that is taking up plenty of precious time. We have plans for a newsletter that will be emailed to you, should you sign up for it, that will let you know DAILY about updates both on the DAILY DUMP and other parts of the website as well. Come back soon for more information and a way to sign up. Also, we will archive at least 45 days of the DAILY DUMP at a time, so if you miss one, you'll have PLENTY of time to come and read what you missed.

Hey - just a note about the DAILY DMP: For new people, this is the most viewed page of the site; it always HAS been. Since I'm doing many things, including getting the website back up to par, this won't be so much a DAILY thing right now. When all settles, it'll get back up to speed. Hang in there with me as I get so many things under control. I digress, lets get into the MONDAY DAILY DUMP!

website. The website was down for about two months straight until this past Monday. (5.12) We had 1300 unique visitors at the end of Friday. That's witht he site nowhere near completion. Hopefully that continues to grow and grow. My intentions is to make this website a full encompassing entity about everything radio, mainly the online aspect of broadcasting, which in turn will be very relevant to booth online broadcasting and commercial radio as well. There will be many tools here for both broadcasters and people looking for something fun to come to everyday. With that will come a lot of work, especially initially.

worry about Alexa, as its
more of a 'beauty pageant, but it is nice to see us showing back up as a ranked website in the top 100,000 in the World again.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of online shows all over the World, so when you're talking an online radio show, the competition is out there. The trouble is, and I hate to sound like an ass, but most of them suck! I've done a lot of digging around online trying to find some really good shows, but most of them are just broadcasting curse words and sex talk because they can get away with it online. THAT gets REALLY old, quickly! The people who DON'T resort to the lowest common denominator sound like NPR bores. There really isn't an in between online. It's mind boggling actually that more commercial radio talent doesn't use the online World to pump up their regular shows. That's radio people though. (Moving onward...)

There's NOWHERE online to get information about how to do a good, solid radio show. NO ONE IS OUT THERE teaching the craft of doing talk radio. Why is that? I don't know myself, but I can tell you this, there isn't any good information around that I could find that would actually make sense to someone who's trying to a radio show in the beginning stages - THAT is for SURE! So here's what I'm going to do. I am starting up a FRIDAY afternoon show geared to people that want to learn MORE ABOUT DOING A TALK SHOW. It will be relevant for online radio shows, music shows, commercial radio talent, etc. I've had so many emails this week from people that are so very eager to get better at their shows, it's insane. I'll share a few.

how many people have listened in just the 1st week
of the show being back on the air. VERY cool to see.

Here's how I look at this stuff. I find so many young people that want to get into broadcasting and instantly become stars. When they learn that they aren't going to become a mega star overnight, they give up and don't put work and sweat into it. Radio is a VERY decieving medium in that it SOUNDS easy to pull off, when in actuality, it isn't that way at all. When it comes to online radio shows, its YOU and a microphone and HALF the time its you and a TELEPHONE! It seems like a lot of the people I've began getting to know online in the onilne radio World are just wanting to learn how to be better at what they're doing, and it seems quite genuine. So I want to help out. I'll do a radio show about radio hosting on Friday's instead the regular show. Anyone of course can listen, but it'll be geared to people that do shows. Obviously it'll be free and obviously it'll be on BTR.

It's already been set up and we're ready to JAM on it. Don't be shy and make sure you call the show. Also, let me be clear, I'm not doing this because I think I am literally THE GOD OF RADIO. Nothing could be further from the truth. however, I do feel I am more than qualified to give some solid advice. Here's a thing with me, schools that teach broadcasting are about as 'unhip' as it gets. They go back and teach unconventional crap that would never land anyone a gig - EVER. It's rhetoric that fills time and eventually fills the schools pockets, which is BS! I will teach you a more modern wisdom of doing radio. Radio is so far behind the curve right now, if you're wanting to get into it as a profession, it would take a decade to learn enough skills to be able to do it because no one knows A) how to do it and B) how to teach it. It's very sad, and since I am such a fan of radio, I cannot wait to pass along some solid advice that will make you ultimately better at doing a show. I hope you get something from it. Don't forget!

And people ask me why I keep saying I am not going to vote this year. PLEASE! Every candidate is an idiot! I sometiems like Obama, but he's full of shit. Hillary, don't even get me started. That video demonstrates pretty clearly that there isn't a candidate worth a crap out there. I suggest to YOU not to vote. In fact, I suggest that you go ahead and move to another Country. This one is about to implode. We have so many unresolved issues that we're a sad Nation that is only crumbling. Our economy is shot, well, a LOT is shot. Bush's approval rating is at another all time low of 33%, so whoever gets elected will just spend their term(s) trying to repair his EFF UPS! There's no way they'll get anything done. Our International relationships are sour to say it nicely, there are MANY other Country's that are harboring terrorists, the gas prices, food prices, economy, jobless rate, etc. etc. etc.

Don't get me wrong, I AM Patriotic, but I am sick and tired of everything going haywire in a Country where we are smart enough and have the resources to be the powerhouse we once were. Yes, our Country is strong, rich in many ways, smart, etc. but our leaders due to their own greed, heritage and arrogance have started to erode the foundation like rock underneath a waterfall. Politicians talk out of both sides of their stupid mouths. They use our needs as catalysts into office, and once there do nothing but defend why they can't do what they SAID they were going to do. Go back in history and review tape of a candidate prior to being elected and you'll see the contradictions. It's laughable. NO ONE is going to enter the Presidency and repair everything. No one will enter office and be your saving grace. No one will provide Universal health care in this Country - EVER! Its a fantastic and noble thing to say, but in a Country that allows pharmaceutical companies to charge $8 million for a bottle of 30 QTY pills, the writing is on the WALL. Everything, including (especially) politics is about money. Shame on you if you believe any one person is going to help you and your family when things are crappy. It just isn't going to happen. Shame on you if you think any candidate both past and present truly cares about you.
